I think it’s hilarious really. Oh my god President Obama called the Supreme Court judicial activists. Are these right wingers ignoring the total lack of and I mean real lack of respect Gingrich showed to judges who don’t rule how he likes philosophically. I probably wouldn’t have said what Obama said but I think Scalia’s comment about comparing mandated insurance to mandating eating veggies was absurd and I think even Scalia knows that since Scalia isn’t a dumb man.
