I’m figuring that they’d use it as the basis for impeachment (since it would in their view constitute a high crime/misdemeanor due to ineligibility to serve as president).

What that means to all legislation, up to and including any budget item enacted in the past four years, isn’t spelled out in federal law as that kind of situation has never before existed. I’m therefore figuring that the birthers (and the TP hacks) would like to see it all wiped out, and programs like PPACA would be removed as well. It would create such chaos the likes of which have never been seen before.

It would make the transition between Clinton and Bush seem like child’s play by comparison.

In reality, none of that would matter since Congress (note that the SOTU has Congress gaveled into session to hear the President address the nation) and the Courts have all recognized Barack Obama as President, rendering this moot. Obama’s President, and Taitz’s windmills taunting needs to be put to rest once and for all.
