However that also sort of obscures a no less important point: due to him shouting AA the assumption that he is a terrorist - i.e. not simply a mass murderer but an ideologically driven one - becomes the most probable of the listed possibilities. Sure, in the end any of those possibilities could turn out to be true. They’re not equal, however.
