And the eventual coalition between Obama and HRC kinda makes me okay with that. She already had that deep party establishment fundraising history and could leverage it well with no worries about being tainted by it (she already was). He could focus on GOTV, aspirational initiatives and other areas where he seemed to have better leverage.

And Bernie should have become a Dem. Bloopity bloop.

As pointed out ot me yesterday even during that brief time that Bernie was a Dem, he had registered to run for re-election as an Indy. I’m really through with him. I don’t believe he’s a Russian asset or anything like that but I believe he’s someone who’s worn out his welcome with me.
