Why Jones made allies with Trump is even more interesting to me. Here’s a guy who seems to have at least been bipartisanly consistent in his paranoia about the Executive Branch who embraces it when Trump gets to power. . Frankly, I think Jones and many “libertarians” like him are actually fascists. And I think Rand Paul let the mask slip when he demanded the lie detector tests for the Op-Ed writer. And I use libertarian in quotes because these people aren’t libertarians. I don’t like libertarianism but Jones, Paul, and those like him are actually paleo-con retrograde assholes.

Alex Jones is somewhere in the derp zone where left and right fall off the edge of the flat earth and mingle together. He allied with Trump because he knew that Trump’s derpy base would soak up his conspiracy message. Honestly, it looks like his plan is working, despite the temporary setback in getting permabanned from Twitter.
