i think we’re saying the same thing differently

the sub s would still exist. the business expense deductions would be at the corporate level, just as they are now.

the net income (k-1) that flows to the individual (after all deductions expenses, owner salaries, etc) that net income could be taxed at the new marginal rate

all she’s proposing (as i understand it ) is a change to the individual marginal rate. so the sub s k-1 would read exactly the same either way - the same net income passed through
