One of my facebook friends just posted a recipe for a no-carb pizza.
Crust
7 cups shredded Mozzarella
7 eggs
1 TBS Oregano
1 TBS Basil
Mix, spread on ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
Remove, top with desired toppings,
Bake another 10 minutes.
0 carbs, but a cardiologist somewhere is smiling at the fact that his boat payments are covered for a while.
