Saw a Pat Sajak tweet yesterday (he’s the wingnut who hosts Wheel of Fortune) where he says, words to the effect of,
Hurr hurr when I worked in minimum wage jobs I just focused on working harder not on boosting the minimum wage!!!!!1

This is an important element of democracy that I think most people have forgotten, the constitutional principle that people at the lower ends of life should suck it up, not bother anyone, not try to organize politically, not try to change anything, especially anything economic, etc.
