It’s a carousel of cronies for Trump who can’t keep anyone in key positions for more than a few months - and he’s only been in office for a few months.

Trump’s busy throwing decisions to the wind and no one knows what’s going on. Everyone’s leaking in the WH, including Trump, Mooch, and everyone around them because that’s how they roll - they think this is a reality show and that in order to stay in good graces with Trump that they have to throw everyone else around them under the bus and paint others as being disloyal to Trump.

This is the personification of dysfunctional. Under the definition of dysfunctional in the dictionary, there’s a picture of the Trump WH.
