The tweeter ought to have composed that header a little better: I read

and my first though was: “Wow! They really make those board meetings interesting in Texas! Never seen THAT at the local ones: was it on the agenda?” //

Also: reading about the problems over the pending crash of the Chinese Evergrande Group raised a question in my mind. Not the business stuff, that’s (sadly for the stakeholders) fairly obvious, but another one:
How/why does a Chinese property/investment corporation with a (apparently) purely-domestic business tag itself with a name like “Evergrande” - which sounds to me more like a Colorado sporting-goods chain - ??
How does one even render that in Mandarin?
