Boilerplate.

It basically says that if there’s 3d party stuff on the site, he’s not responsible for the content, or what happens to your private data (tracking/cookies/etc) when it’s used by the 3d party.

He’s claiming he isn’t responsible if say there’s a feed coming through (like say via twitter) or some other aggregated data source that he’s not responsible for the content of that data or what the 3d party might do with tracking cookies or the like.
