Trump put no talent assclowns in charge of every agency/department, or right wing extremists all with the intent to sabotage and undermine functioning govt.

That’s how you get the Agriculture Dept filled with know-nothing opportunists who have zero experience, a HUD Secretary with zero experience, and HHS Secretary whose idea of public health is gutting public health funding all while fleecing taxpayers with charter flights galore.
