I agree with Allegro, and with Cheechako (a piece quoted here):

For most of the summer, various House committees will be holding hearings and investigations on all the findings from the Mueller Report. There will be many hours of testimony and multiple court battles over the known and redacted information from the report. Every week (or day) more and more damning information will be coming out.

The hearings would be in the initial playbook of impeachment anyway.
Keep investigating. Get more of the facts out there.
Let the GOP threatened plan to refuse to comply with subpoenas play out.

Jumping into impeachment now because it “is the right thing to do” is blindly following the rules while our despicable and dangerous opponents cheat and step on Constitutional norms so win.
