Just finished another dystopian Sci-Fi type novel about the future. They seem to be the offering these days. I miss Star Trek.

Anyway, this one has D.C. under water and surrounded by jungle. The two war factions are the Patriots and the God people. Chinese peacekeepers —war lords selling our national treasures for profit. Good writing and eerily insightful, found myself sick-to-my-stomach at some parts.

But that seems to be it, doesn’t it. The GOP split between the two fanatical groups —Jesus and Militiamen.
