My husband doesn’t much like them. Since there aren’t a whole lot of things he doesn’t eat, I try to respect his preference. Even if they can be tasty to some of us.

It might be an American guy thing, but I find many vegetables more appetizing if they’re prepared a bit crunchy. Excluding cabbage. I loath cabbage no matter how it is cooked.
