A Booker-Christie race would be one of the most entertaining and actually interesting races that could have come down the political landscape in years (especially in NJ). Two guys who know what they’re doing, have a very good grasp of social media and have built up a pretty good reputation in the process.

Booker, however, sees little to gain by running against Christie, and that he could do more by going to the Senate. He would invigorate the NJ delegation with some much needed life and I frankly see him contemplating a presidential run down the line too - 2020 or 2024.

Booker is no Bobby Jindal.
