I agree. But, to continue with my being an optimist and to parallel with MLK, prior to the 60s many Americans agreed that blacks were second class citizens, and many of those whites who didn’t only disagreed in the abstract, and were never going to act on those “feelings” until it was brought into their homes on TV. We can change.

I wish I could agree but we seem to be on a perfect backslide on even that measure too.
