I’m not at all sure the few mortar shells fired by the IDF in retaliation for the shells Hamas lobbed at them really triggered the secondary explosions. It would be a luck shot wouldn’t it? More likely, Hamas fired the shells at the IDF, set the timer on their own booby traps and then high-tailed it out of the school.
