CNN did a report on a “scooter scam”..(right now I don’t have a link). They also covered rampant Medicare fraud in California — these were scams run by organized criminal gangs (and for all over the world — Russian mobsters, Nigerians, etc.). The “scam” is very, very easy to do, and it nets multi-millions of dollars (CNN described the scam.) Interestd in knowing how it works?
