So, I spent this afternoon learning how to make an animated GIF with Photoshop CS6. And dealing with restoring a crashed cell phone to functional state again.

In the preview here, the anmation rate is too fast, but it looks OK when I previewed it on my computer. I’m still learning this Photoshop stuff.

IrfanView shows it normal speed, too. Any suggestions?
