Apparently, bringing up America’s mythical openness to immigration and questioning the motives of ‘skill-based’ requirements is somehow racist and questioning the competence of minority immigrants. But hinting at the idea that immigration is both an intellectual and economic drain and that it’s all from those dirty brown folks coming in, THAT’S true fucking compassion and respect for minority immigrants.
