It’s bizzarre. He was a well respected Harvard Law professor for many years. Sure, many people thought he was an arrogant asshole but nobody questioned his legal mind. Even people who hated him thought he was brilliant. Now he talks legalesque bullshit that would make Sarah Palin nod in agreement. Somebody (Trump?) has dirt on him.
