And as I always remind…Pence was on the political scrap heat. Manafort resurrected his career. And that makes your comment even more important. Some dealing was made there and it probably is dirty as hell.

Manafort even shivved Christie when it looked like Trump was about to pick him, with that phony story about something being wrong with the plane in order to get Trump to stay in Indiana for another day so Pence could give him one more pitch.
