Yeah, that’s the general theme of the stories I’m seeing, which is also the same deal with all the riot cops and such that the DOJ bused in. The DoD and DOJ are operating in an opaque fashion for what appears to be plausible deniability, trying to avoid legal troubles by making it impossible for people to know who they’re supposed to bring suit against.

There’s a solution to that: sue Trump and Barr. The ACLU is already doing it.
