I used to practice my pitching by beaning my younger brother with rocks.
That’s one reason he was so successful in getting me into trouble.

I have a V shaped scar on my head, an inch both ways from a grenade…knocked me out…by buddies got me home, bleeding like a pig…my dad cleaned it, doubled over a washcloth, told me to hold it there til tomorrow and said, there you go! all better!
