The mistake people make is trying to ascribe modern ideologies to a man who lived and taught 2000 years ago. My favorite though is when they try to use JC to rationalize their views on absolute gun ownership. Uh no. I wouldn’t say that JC’s teachings promote my gun policies either for what it’s worth.
