Return of the poll tax, mass disenfranchisement, the destruction of any sort of affordable health care, and unfettered power for the rich to do as they please because money is power is free speech, while protest is treason.

im not worried about it. let the court do whatever it wishes. let it end aca. the first thing that would happen afterwards would be democrats, in control of all three branches of government, saying “okay, one thing we know that is not unconstitutional is expanding medicare to cover everyone. let’s do that.” and they would, because I can assure you by the time they put the bill together, republicans would have spent months blocking everything the House sends to the senate, and the senate would vote to change the rules to end procedural filibusters.
