Because you disapprove of consenting adults going into a building to have sex?
You realize they don’t have the blinds open, right?

If adults carry on like that in their homes, with a fishbowl full of car keys by the front door, that’s fine with me. If it’s in commercial property, or is just an ‘adult’ book store, or if it is a hog fat rendering factory, it is a drag on property values. It is also self-evident that some businesses are tawdry. Not dangerous, not illegal, just in poor taste. Zoning against that element is within the realm of local govt, whether or not we agree on where the line goes. Each community should set its own boundaries. Somewhere I used to live, not sure now, tried to zone away a propsed Hooters. There I sided with Hooters. It’s ok, very ok, God bless them they’re really wonderfully ok.
