You make a claim that a bunch of people donated to Clinton Foundation, but wont identify who they actually are to the Clinton Foundation to let them rebut.

Why? Because they still need to run down the details? Sorry, but you’re supposed to run down the details before you go to press, not after. In the AP’s rush to publish, facts went out the window, as did the editorial process - since they decided that they needed salacious headlines to move the story, rather than the facts that are decidedly less salacious.

One of the hallmarks of a Clinton “scandal” is the allegations come first, the fact-checking comes later, and the mea culpas never get the sort of coverage that the allegations received.
