He tells me it is not unusual to have a cement job that isn’t what it should be. There are ways of dealing with it that are safe and effective. Unless you purposely ignore the test results to try to make up time on a job that was behind schedule.
A systems guy would ask if the on-site supervision was incentivized to make schedule rather than to operate safely.
