The funny thing is any that do reject the dark side will never go back. What’s the adage in business it costs 8 times as much to win back an old customer than to win a new one.

The thing we forget is that it’s been only 4 months since this shit show started. Most are still in the denial stage. I think we’re just getting into angry. That’ll be the unpleasant bit if we’re not careful.
