Do they really think that legalizing MJ caused masses of people who didn’t use it before to start? That’s some weapons-grade stupid there.

I would guess that legalization has led to a few more people using. People who might have used in the past but didn’t have a connection who could now get it very easily. I’d probably be in that category once legalization comes through in California. I never really had a hook up in my younger days, just knew lots of people who had hook ups, so the opportunities haven’t been what there were.
