The emoluments clause is already in the constitution. So what exactly would a super-emoluments clause look like? Would it set up a special emoluments police that is supreme on this one issue and is accountable to neither Congress nor the President?

That’s about the only way to take its enforcement out of the hands of Congress and the President, but it’s fairly clear this wouldn’t help.

It is magical thinking to believe that new laws or constitutional amendments are some kind of fix for Trump and the Republicans. The only fix is to vote them out of office, especially since that may eventually not be possible if there is too much fucking around by non-Republicans.
