This is why I will never vote for a Republican. Not one is going to get my support. They may appear moderate (like Larry Hogan, Governor of MD) but they’ll let their freak flag fly as soon as they feel they can get away with it. I simply don’t trust them.

I would never vote for any Republican either, except in the extremely unlikely event that the parties switch sides again, like they did in the 20th Century. But I do believe there are a handful of elected Republicans who aren’t fascists. The problem is that most of them are, and dog help us if they control both houses of Congress in 2024. That is why Democrats need to treat the 2022 midterms like a presidential election and GOTV, because we know the fascists will.
