Humor aside, Doxing is a real thing… it’s scouring People search sites like pipl.com and who.is using usernames from forums to try to find personal information.

Not sure where the “rapid” part comes in though.

I don’t know. Maybe she;s talking about an automated script to scour someone’s twitter feed for specific info or keywords.
