I was thinking about citizen’s united and “buying the election” earlier this morning. Do we know who spent more? I know it’s only “buying the election” if Republicans win but this is one of those things I don’t expect to change. If Dems are happy with their election fundraising under the current situation they aren’t going to make much effort to change it.

As I have it the party and Pac totals were far to the TPGOP advantage. They didn’t use it well, making weird ad buys and paying astroturfed volunteers to wreck their GOTV (Sproul).
