All the GOP plans essentially start from the same place - repealing Obamacare before implementing some lesser version of the law that increases costs to the consumer, reduces the number of insureds, or otherwise rolls back the protections imposed by ACA on insurers to provide insurance that actually protects the insureds.

But the GOP is still playing word games trying to claim that their goal isn’t destroying Obamacare; so they’ll attempt to trot out plans that look like they’re fixing Obamacare, but the details give away the game. It’s still the same delay, defund, destroy ACA that they’ve been pushing since 2009.
