There’s lots of conflicting information about the five who were released, but here’s a pretty comprehensive take on a couple of those involved, including Mullah Fazl. Several other outlets claim that both Fazl and Mullah Norullah Noori engaged in mass murder of civilians, which would be a war crimes.
