Utterly off-topic reply: a few days ago, you asked about the charging rate on my car, an electric Chevy Bolt.

With a Level 2 charger, which most people install at home and usually what you see in public, it’ll add 25 miles to the battery per hour.

For example, I was down 20% charge yesterday. I plugged in around 4PM and it was fully charged by 11:45 PM. Most people don’t usually let it get that low, but you can plug it in at night and have a full charge by morning.

That’s why I won’t get a fully electric car for now — they need a much longer range and a much faster charge to actually interest me. Not that I’m in the market for a new car — I generally wait till my old car is totaled in an accident before replacing it.
