Per wikipedia, two declared candidates from both parties… possible speculation on others (including Susana Martinez).

Ben Ray Luján, U.S. Representative
Maggie Toulouse Oliver, Secretary of State of New Mexico

For the GOP:
Gavin Clarkson, former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Economic Development at the Bureau of Indian Affairs,
Mick Rich, businessman and nominee for the U.S. Senate in 2018
