So all this has me thinking what is the acceptable number? You have people saying one extra death is too many, and while I understand that sentiment it is clearly not true or we would shut down every flu season and mandate vaccination. 1-2% is clearly too high, so at what number is the cutoff for “acceptable losses” and why?
