Thanks. I love crab. I just don’t like the mess that goes along with it. Might see what Freddie’s has when I go and get my celery for tomorrows stuffing.

I’ve got cooking and cleaning them down to a science. I’ll boil four or five of them, rip the shells off over the sink under running cool water and throw all the guts & shit into a bag. Dungies are great because you can crack most of them with your fingers…just keep a small bowl for shells as you go.

Or go old school and lay out a bunch of newspaper and let everyone tear at them like savages. Either way is good.
