I keep reading this line of “reasoning”. It would make sense if SB 1070 would do ANYTHING to secure the border. It won’t. It will fill the jails, and the return flights and buses, but the smugglers will keep crossing. They are heavily armed. Believe it or not, we need MORE Border Patrol personnel, and they need more equipment, including drones and helicopters. The law was written by racists for racist reasons, not to fix the problem.
