The latest leak from Ferguson PD says Wilson was “nearly beaten unconscious.” That’s not a minor injury, folks. And it’s not something you just get up from and start shooting within seconds, no matter how much adrenaline you might have.

The story stinks.

You’d think they could also “leak” the medical records associated with such a beating.

Maybe I’m just a big ol’ weenie, but “beaten nearly unconscious” would seem to me to at the very least necessitate an outpatient visit to a local hospital, if not an overnight stay.

“Beaten nearly unconscious” would *not* indicate “I’ll just pop a couple of Advil and I’ll be okay in the morning.”
