I would like a law that would make a refusal to vaccinate except for medical reasons a form of Child Abuse, which would allow CPS to step in.

That would be a good idea, but I don’t see it happening at least not where richer people are concerned. They contribute too much to local campaign for District Attorneys to be willing to go after them. Poor and working class people who refuse to vaccinate might be punished as child abusers, but upper-middle-class and upper-class people who refuse will still just be regarded as “eccentric”.

It’s all about the money.
