Obama is a thoughtful man and that’s why I’ll always see him as the best president of my lifetime. But I can’t help being disappointed at politician-speak right now. This country is in real danger.

This right there goes a long way toward explaining why tRrump won. So many of his supporters essentially said, “sure, he’s a horrible person, but at least he speaks his mind!”

Honestly, it’s like enough of the American electorate in the states that mattered went, fuck it, we’re voting for the troll.
