Rain’s been falling at a 45 degree angle for hours, just brutal shit with really strong winds. I had to do a quick work errand a bit ago and there were large branches down all over the place, a few gigantic lakes in the road where drainage is poor.

I usually leave work at 4 and ride my bicycle from Hollywood to Culver City. I get the feeling my ride home today will be like Dorothy and Toto’s. Maybe the wind will die down a little by then.
