Here’s a challenge for everyone: Try to come up with a working system where no single entity is in charge. There’s a reason the world tends to favor a superpower or dominant empire; it’s the same reason the US went from a confederacy to a strong central government: At certain times, an organization requires a single head to make decisions. How can we build a system such that the groups are loosely connected, but when decisions have to be made, they can be made quickly, and no minor subset of the group can thwart the decision?
