Humus is so easy to make and for a fraction of the cost. Unless you soak your own beans and don’t do canned ones, but the canned ones are fine. Tahini, garbanzos, olive oil, salt, garlic, lemon to taste. I like mine lemony.

I use fenugreek instead of tahini. easy to grow in the garden.
