Idolizing Dorner would be re: #283 Glenn Beck’s Grand Unifying Theory of Obdicut

Okay, now according to multiple cop friends, and cops I asked in a cop forum:

A) Burners can refer to any tear gas grenade.

B) They’re referred to as burners because they are burning a chemical to make the smoke

C) They get really freaking hot and can start fires, and the CS ones get hotter and even more likely to start a fire.

D) Knocking down a wall once you have grenades in place and burning can easily cause a flare-up as the air shifts and a ton of debris is thrown up into the air at once.

E) There’s no way to use tear gas grenades without a chance of fire, but it’d be a really weird way of trying to kill him. Tear gas was a totally logical choice as was taking down the wall.

Speaking of which.

TomaHawk Burnsafe HOME

The Covina-Thomas Company is a small family owned business established in 1959. Thomas Giandomenico, the president and founder of The Covina-Thomas Company has worked hard to bring The CTC to the forefront as one of the top aerospace machine shops in the industry.

After many years pioneering his way through the Aerospace and Medical industries, Thomas has now combined design talents with his son, who happens to be a Sergeant for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau. Together they developed the popular BurnSafe and TomaHawk. The BurnSafe and TomaHawk offer a safe alternative for dispersing Tear Gas while protecting personal property against fire and unnecessary damage.

“Get the bad guy, without burning down the neighborhood.”

This might be the only manufacturer around but would need to double check.
